P0922VW FBM218 Redundant Output Module Product Features
8-channel isolated output: 8 independent isolated output channels, each capable of outputting 4-20mA analog signals or 4-20mA signals combined with HART digital signals, supporting mixed access of standard instruments and HART smart devices.
Module level redundant architecture: paired configuration in Master/Tracker mode, sharing on-site terminals; When the main module fails, the slave module automatically takes over the output without disturbance, and the output of the faulty module is forcibly reset to zero to ensure the continuity of the circuit.
HART bidirectional communication: compatible with HART 5/6/7 protocols, capable of exchanging 2 digital messages with field devices per second, supporting general/common/device specific commands, and capable of remote configuration, reading diagnostics and parameters.
High level electrical isolation: Channel to channel, channel to ground, and channel to module logic adopt dual isolation of optoelectronics and transformers, which can withstand 600VAC withstand voltage testing, with strong anti-interference and safety.
Redundant fieldbus: communicates with FCM/FCP through a 2Mbps redundant HDLC fieldbus, with dual backup communication links to enhance overall system reliability.
