P0914XG FBM205 Input/Output Isolation Module Product Features

4-in-4-out redundant configuration: 4-channel redundant 0-20mA analog input, 4-channel redundant 0-20mA analog output, supporting 4-20mA standard signals, compatible with transmitters and actuators.

Full channel electrical isolation: Input/output channels, channel to ground, and channel to module logic are all electrically isolated, with a voltage withstand of 2500V, strong anti-interference, and anti ground circulation.

Module level redundant architecture: paired master/slave redundancy, sharing on-site terminals; When the main module fails, the output can be configured for fault safety (hold/reset) without disturbance from the module.

High precision ∑ - Δ conversion: Single channel ∑ - Δ analog-to-digital/digital to analog conversion, accuracy ± 0.1% FS, 12 bit resolution, meeting the accuracy requirements of process control.

Improve diagnosis and safety: support channel disconnection, over range, module failure, and temperature anomaly diagnosis; Output can set fault safety actions to adapt to process safety requirements.

Redundant circuit power supply: Provide redundant circuit power supply for on-site transmitters to avoid signal interruption caused by single point power failure.
