MITSUBISHI FR-A540-11K-EC is a high-performance frequency converter from Mitsubishi Electric's Freqrol FR-A500 series, designed specifically for precision speed regulation and energy-saving control scenarios in industrial motors.

The rated output power reaches 11kW (corresponding to 15hp), compatible with three-phase 380-460VAC power supply, compatible with mainstream industrial power supply architecture, and does not require additional power supply modifications.

The output current is divided into 23A (CT type) and 27A (VT type) according to the type of transformer, with an overload capacity of 150%/60s, capable of handling start stop impact loads with ease.

Adopting advanced magnetic flux vector control technology, the open-loop speed regulation ratio can reach 1:120, and the precision is better under closed-loop control, ensuring smooth and vibration free low-speed operation.

The output frequency range covers 0.2-400Hz, supporting wide range speed regulation and adapting to the speed regulation requirements of variable load conditions such as fans and pumps.

The standard protection level is IP20 (closed)/IP00 (open), suitable for installation inside control cabinets, effectively protecting against dust interference in industrial sites.

MITSUBISHI FR-A540-11K-EC has a built-in RS-485 communication interface, supports Modbus RTU protocol, and has a data transmission speed of up to 115200bps.

Optional industrial bus cards such as CC link and Profibus DP are available, which can seamlessly integrate with Mitsubishi PLC and third-party upper computers, providing flexible system integration.

Integrated PID closed-loop control, power frequency/variable frequency switching, power outage deceleration stop and other functions, suitable for the diverse needs of complex industrial control scenarios.

Adopting a forced air cooling design, paired with foldable fans and wiring terminals, for convenient and efficient maintenance, cleaning, and circuit adjustment in the later stage.

Working temperature range -10 ℃~50 ℃ (constant torque)/-10 ℃~40 ℃ (variable torque), tolerant to 5% -95% non condensing humidity, strong environmental adaptability.

Built in multiple protection functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, and output short circuit, comprehensively safeguarding the safety of motors and converters.

The body size is compact (about 400 × 250 × 200mm), weighing about 12kg, and supports wall mounted installation, saving installation space inside the control cabinet.

Equipped with a simple operation panel (FR-DU04), it supports parameter copying and group selection functions, and can also be combined with the option FR-PU04 to expand operation functions.

Widely used in manufacturing, chemical, food and beverage, textile machinery and other industries, it is suitable for energy-saving speed regulation of general machinery such as fans, water pumps, conveyor belts, compressors, etc.
