Product Details Introduction

KPS-600/20-REL is an integrated servo drive power module designed by KUKA specifically for KRC2 control cabinets. Its core functions include three-phase AC rectification, DC bus power supply, servo brake control, and safety circuit coupling. It is the core power source and safety pivot of KRC2 system servo drive and is used in conjunction with KSD series servo drives.

Model positioning: REL version comes standard with short-circuit braking relay and watchdog monitoring, which automatically triggers short-circuit braking in case of malfunction to ensure equipment safety.

Input specifications: three-phase AC 400/415V (± 10%), 50/60Hz, rated input current 15A, suitable for industrial power grids.

Output specifications: DC 565/585V DC bus, rated output current of 20A, meeting the power requirements for multi axis servo simultaneous operation.

Status indication: Onboard multi-color LED indicator lights display real-time power supply, rectification, braking, communication, and fault status for quick diagnosis.

Temperature protection: Equipped with a built-in temperature sensor, it automatically limits power or shuts down when the temperature exceeds the limit, protecting the module and surrounding devices.

Fan control: Integrated fan start stop output and operation status input monitoring to ensure reliable operation of the cooling system.
