Allen Bradley 150-A180NBD is a Rockwell SMC Flex series intelligent motor controller designed specifically for soft start and precise control scenarios of medium to high power motors.

Rated current of 180A, compatible with 460VAC three-phase power supply, rated power covering the range of 110-132kW, meeting the driving requirements of medium and heavy-duty industrial motors.

Integrating 9 start modes and 3 stop modes, flexible selection can be made based on load characteristics to achieve smooth motor start stop and reduce grid impact.

Support custom setting of V/F curve, combined with built-in PID closed-loop control function, suitable for energy-saving operation of variable load conditions such as fans and pumps.

The protection level reaches IP65, certified by Mil 810 standard fall test, dustproof, waterproof and impact resistant, suitable for outdoor and harsh industrial environments.

Equipped with a visible color LCD display screen under sunlight, a multilingual operation interface, and intuitive and convenient parameter configuration and operation status monitoring.

Built in 128MB internal memory, supports 16GB SD card expansion, can store operational data and fault records, facilitating later analysis and traceability.

The Allen Bradley 150-A180NBD comes standard with RS-485 communication interface and can be equipped with industrial bus modules such as DeviceNet and Profibus DP for easy system integration.
