Product Details Introduction

The installation of Mitsubishi NF1250-SEW requires a matching bracket with a fixed torque of 180-220N · cm to ensure a flat and vibration free installation surface.

Before wiring, confirm that the system voltage matches the rated insulation voltage (690V) of NF1250-SEW to avoid overvoltage damage.

This model is designed with 3P poles and is compatible with three-phase circuits. It is strictly prohibited to connect single-phase loads or illegally change the number of poles.

The main circuit uses copper wires/bars with an area of ≥ 50mm ². After tightening the terminals, check the contact resistance to prevent overheating and tripping.

Regularly clean the operating handle and terminal block of NF1250-SEW with a dry brush to prevent poor contact.

Operating environment temperature -5 ℃ to+40 ℃, no condensation, suitable for industrial grade use requirements.

Set the overload current of NF1250-SEW electronic release according to the load characteristics (600-1250A adjustable) to avoid protection failure.

The opening and closing of the switch must be operated under no-load conditions, and forced closing with load is prohibited to protect the operating mechanism.

Every 12 months, use a 500V megohmmeter to test the insulation resistance (main circuit ≥ 10M Ω) and verify the accuracy of the release.

Before restarting after being idle for more than 6 months, manually open and close the mechanism 3-5 times, preheat it for 30 minutes without load, and then load it again.
