MVI46-DFCM communication module

MVI46-DFCM is a DF1 master/slave serial communication module designed by ProSoft specifically for Rockwell SLC series PLCs. It is used to expand the DF1 communication capability of SLC systems and achieve stable data exchange with AB PLC, HMI, SCADA, and third-party DF1 devices.

Dual independent serial ports, supporting RS-232/RS-485 electrical interfaces

Each port can be independently configured as a DF1 master or slave, with half/full duplex options available

Built in 5000 word register database for data exchange between PLC and DF1 network

Asynchronous data transmission, does not occupy PLC main processor resources, ensures system real-time performance

Support DF1 full protocol functions: read/write, point-to-point/multipoint, broadcast communication

Configurable communication parameters (baud rate, parity, stop bit), suitable for multiple devices
