MVI94-GSC Universal Serial Communication Module

MVI94-GSC is a universal ASCII serial communication module designed by ProSoft specifically for the Rockwell Flex I/O platform. It is used to connect various RS-232/422/485 serial devices to the Flex I/O system, achieving transparent data exchange.

Compatible with Flex I/O platform, single slot installation, supports local/remote rack deployment

1 independent configurable serial port (RS-232/422/485 optional), supporting full duplex/half duplex communication

Baud rate 110-115200bps, data bits 5-8, parity/stop bits customizable

Support flexible configuration of stream mode, termination character, timeout, packet size, etc

The maximum receiving cache is 4096 characters, and the maximum single transmission is 10 characters, meeting the data collection requirements

Asynchronous communication with Flex I/O processors without occupying the main scanning cycle

Provide standard ladder diagram examples and AOI to simplify PLC program integration

Independent CFG configuration port, supporting online debugging and parameter download

LED status indicator light for quick diagnosis of module, serial port, and communication status

Hardware electrical isolation enhances the anti-interference capability of industrial sites

Industrial grade wide temperature range (-40 ℃~70 ℃), anti vibration and anti impact design
