Product Details Introduction

XVME-400 is a single height and single width 6U VME bus four channel RS-232C serial I/O expansion module launched by Xycom, used for serial communication expansion and multi device data exchange in VME systems. It is compatible with XVME-401/490/491 in the same series and pins.

Adopting a standard 6U single height single width VME bus architecture, compatible with P1 standard backplane, plug and play.

Provide 4 independent RS-232C asynchronous serial communication interfaces, supporting full duplex data transmission.

Built in 2 Zilog Z8530 serial communication controllers (SCC), supporting multiple communication protocols.

Each channel has an independent baud rate generator that can be programmed between 50-19200 baud, with a maximum of 57.6 KB/s.

Each channel comes with a complete modem control signal (RTS, CTS, DCD, DTR, etc.).

Supports multiple communication modes such as asynchronous, byte synchronous, and bit oriented, suitable for various industrial scenarios.

Occupying 1KB of aligned VME short I/O address space, with optional jumper base addresses for convenient system addressing.

7 levels of VME interrupt levels are optional, supporting 16 independent interrupt vectors for efficient response.

Each channel has built-in data buffering to reduce the risk of data loss and improve transmission reliability.

Industrial grade circuit design, strong anti-interference ability, suitable for complex industrial control environments.

The working temperature is 0-65 ℃, and the non condensing humidity is 5-95%, which meets the requirements for stable operation on site.

Typical power consumption+ 5V@1.1A (Typical)/1.3A (maximum)+ 12V@100mA (Typical).

The size complies with VME specifications, compatible with standard VME chassis installation, and has high space utilization.

The firmware is configurable, supports function expansion and parameter optimization, and adapts to different application requirements.
