Adopting a double eccentric sealing structure, the valve plate quickly disengages from the valve seat when opened, significantly reducing the friction of the sealing surface. It is compatible with 0190-91271 and 0190-91281 sealing components, and the sealing life is increased by more than 50%.
The valve body is made of 304 stainless steel precision casting, which has strong corrosion resistance and is suitable for chemical fluid transportation systems controlled by J6741A-001 processor module. It can withstand temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 180 ℃.
The soft seal valve seat is made of imported PTFE+nitrile rubber composite material, achieving bidirectional zero leakage (in compliance with ANSI B16.104 VI standard), and is suitable for high-precision fluid circuits driven by 0190-62069 power supply modules.
