The Schneider AS-BVRC-200 counter input module supports high-speed pulse counting (up to 100kHz) and is paired with the AS-BVRC-100 (50kHz model) of the same series to meet the multi station counting and grading requirements of production lines.

As a classic module in the Modicon Quantum series, AS-BVRC-200 is compatible with differential/collector open circuit signals. This core compatibility is shared with AS-BVRI-020 (analog input module) and is suitable for machine tool counting scenarios.

Designed with 8 independent counting channels, the AS-BVRC-200 can simultaneously process signals from multiple devices and work in conjunction with the AS-BVRC-300 (16 channel model) to meet the counting needs of large-scale automated production lines.

In the logistics sorting system, the anti-interference design of AS-BVRC-200 ensures accurate counting, while AS-BVRO-010 (relay output module) is combined to achieve counting triggered linkage control.

With the help of Modbus Plus communication protocol, AS-BVRC-200 can quickly integrate PLC systems, which is compatible with AS-BVIC-040 (digital input module) and simplifies device networking debugging.
