XVME-675 is a single slot 6U VMEbus high-performance PC compatible processor module launched by Xycom, with Intel 486DX4 architecture as the core, integrating PC software ecology and VME bus reliability, focusing on high integration, strong compatibility and industrial stability, suitable for traditional industrial control, data acquisition and embedded real-time scenarios.

Equipped with Intel 80486DX4-100MHz processor, built-in 16KB on-chip cache and floating-point arithmetic unit, 32-bit architecture, performance improved by about 50% compared to 486DX2.

Supports 16MB/32MB dual port DRAM, with a DRAM controller equipped with four level dual word buffer to achieve zero wait state writing and improve memory access efficiency.

Integrated Super VGA graphics controller with 1MB independent video memory, supporting up to 1024 × 768@256 Color meets the local HMI display requirements.

Provide 32-bit VMEbus master/slave interfaces, compatible with A32/A24/A16 address space and D32/D16 data transmission, supporting VME interrupts and byte swapping hardware.

Built in IDE hard drive controller and floppy drive controller, supporting traditional mechanical storage, suitable for industrial data storage and system startup.

Equipped with 2 RS-232 serial ports, 1 EPP parallel port, PS/2 keyboard and mouse interfaces, and comprehensive basic peripheral connections.

Integrated 10BASE-T (RJ45) and 10BASE2 (BNC) dual network interfaces, supporting industrial Ethernet communication.
