MVI69-GSC is a universal serial communication module used by ProSoft for Rockwell CompactLogix and MicroLogix 1500 LRP, specifically designed to handle serial ASCII data communication. It has been discontinued and is mainly available on the market for disassembly, refurbishment, and original inventory spare parts.

Compatible with 1769 rack, single slot installation, directly communicates with PLC through backplane bus.

Equipped with 2 independent serial ports, supporting three interface modes: RS-232, RS-485, and RS-422.

Each serial port can independently set the baud rate, data bits, parity bits, and stop bits to adapt to multiple devices.

Support hardware flow control and software flow control, with more stable communication, suitable for long-distance and complex sites.

Specially designed for sending and receiving ASCII string messages, compatible with various non-standard serial devices.

The data is cached inside the module, which does not take up too much scanning time of the PLC and runs efficiently.

Support communication status monitoring, transmission and reception counting, fault diagnosis, and automatic reconnection.

Industrial grade electrical isolation design, strong anti-interference, suitable for harsh environments in factories.

The working temperature is 0-60 ℃, which meets the requirements for long-term continuous operation.

Powered by the rack 5VDC, no additional external power supply is required.

Used for data acquisition, instruction issuance, and data transmission between PLC and third-party serial devices.
