KCP2 00-110-185 (also known as KCP 2.0) is a handheld control panel/teaching pendant designed by KUKA specifically for KRC2 standard control cabinets. It comes standard with a 10 meter wear-resistant and anti torsion special cable and is directly powered through the control cabinet. It is a core human-machine interaction device for industrial field robot programming, manual jogging, status monitoring, and fault diagnosis. It is widely used in automation production lines such as automotive manufacturing, 3C electronics, and general machinery.

Full function key layout: membrane numeric keyboard+function shortcut keys+custom programmable keys, durable operation feel, suitable for high-frequency use on the production line.
10 meter standard cable: Standard configuration includes 10 meters of anti bending, anti tensile, and oil resistant cable, covering the operating radius of conventional workstations without the need for additional extension.
Direct power supply for control cabinet: The KRC2 cabinet is powered by 24V DC through connecting cables, without external power supply, making installation and movement more convenient.
IP protection level: The shell meets the industrial IP54 dust and oil protection standard, can withstand workshop oil and dust environments, and is not easily damaged.
Improve program management: Support KRL program creation, editing, saving, copying, importing and exporting, and enable single step running and breakpoint debugging.
Real time diagnostic capability: can view I/O status, shaft load, fault codes, and system logs to quickly locate electrical and mechanical issues.
