P0916CQ FBM206 Pulse Input Module
Belonging to the Foxboro I/A Series DCS system, it is an 8-channel independent isolated pulse input module.
Each channel is fully isolated electrically, with a voltage resistance of 2500V RMS between channels and between channels to ground isolation, anti-interference, and anti ground circulation.
The input voltage range is 7-27VDC, compatible with single ended/differential pulse signals, and suitable for various pulse type sensors.
The maximum input frequency is 25kHz, and the response time is less than 2ms, meeting the requirements of high-speed pulse acquisition.
Support frequency measurement, pulse counting, pulse accumulation, orthogonal coding pulse analysis, and adapt to flow, speed, and position monitoring.
The software can be configured with pulse equivalent, scaling factor and counting resolution to flexibly adapt to different sensors and measurement scenes.
24VDC power supply, maximum power consumption of 7W, supports redundant dual power supply, stable and reliable power supply.
Equipped with LED status indicator lights, it intuitively displays the operation, communication, and pulse input status of each channel of the module.
Support redundant 2Mbps fieldbus communication to ensure stable data exchange with FCM/FCP controllers.
Support online hot plugging, maintenance does not require power outage or disconnection, and does not affect the continuous operation of the system.
Industrial grade wide temperature design, working temperature -40 ℃~+70 ℃, meeting G3 harsh industrial environment standards.
