H01CA007 is an industrial grade multi interface conversion adapter designed specifically for interface adaptation and signal conversion of automation equipment and instruments. It is compatible with DC power conversion and protocol conversion functions, and is suitable for industrial control, digital equipment linkage, and old equipment upgrade scenarios. Its core features are as follows:

1. Multi interface conversion and adaptation

Supports bidirectional conversion between DC round hole and Type-C dual interfaces, with input compatible with 4.5mm DC female port and output compatible with Type-C male port. It can enable old DC power adapters to supply power to Type-C interface devices without the need to replace the power supply.

2. High power fast charging support

Compatible with PD3.0 fast charging protocol, supports 20V4.25A high-power output, with a maximum output power of 85W, which can meet the power supply needs of medium and high-power devices such as laptops and industrial control tablets.

3. Multi level voltage regulation

Built in voltage regulation module, supporting multiple fixed voltage levels of 5V3A, 9V3A, 12V5A, 15V5A, and 20V4.25A, automatically matching equipment power supply requirements and adapting to different power devices.

4. High temperature flame retardant shell design

The shell is made of high flame retardant PC material, with a frosted surface treatment, which is wear-resistant and has excellent insulation performance. The connection between the integrated wire and the body is thickened and injection molded, with strong anti sway ability and extended service life.

5. Low heat and safe operation

Optimize the heat dissipation structure design, with a maximum temperature of no more than 36 ℃ during high load operation, only providing thermal sensation without significant temperature rise, avoiding equipment damage caused by overheating and ensuring long-term stable power supply.

6. Strong anti-interference signal stability

The terminal adopts a specially designed PIN pin design, which has good resistance to electromagnetic interference. It can still maintain voltage stability and smooth signal transmission in strong interference environments such as industrial control equipment and frequency converters.
