Product Details Introduction
294457E is an industrial grade high-precision multi-layer printed circuit board, designed for harsh scenarios such as industrial control, instrumentation, and automotive electronics, using high-end substrates and precision manufacturing processes. It undertakes core functions of signal transmission and circuit interconnection, adapts to the needs of high reliability equipment, and has the following core features:
1. Multi layer high integration design
Adopting a 4-8 layer multi-layer board structure with a minimum line width/spacing of 0.10mm, it integrates dedicated ASIC chips, high-speed optocoupler isolation devices, and precision analog circuits, effectively improving space utilization and signal integrity, and meeting the requirements of complex circuit interconnection.
2. High end substrates and surface technology
Industrial grade high-temperature resistant substrate is selected, with a copper foil thickness of 1oz-2oz. The surface is treated with lead-free tin spraying or chemical nickel/gold technology. The solder resist hardness is greater than 5H, with excellent wear resistance, oxidation resistance, and weldability. Good wetting can be achieved within 3 seconds at 235 ℃ environment.

Equipped with automotive or industrial grade capacitors, resistors, and connectors, it has low ESR, high withstand voltage, and long lifespan characteristics, with an average time between failures (MTBF) of over 100000 hours, suitable for 24-hour continuous operation.

Under normal conditions, the insulation resistance is greater than 10 ¹⁴ Ω, the electrical strength is ≥ 1.6Kv, the tolerance of the metalized hole diameter is precisely controlled, the hole resistance is ≤ 300 μ Ω, the signal transmission loss is low, effectively avoiding leakage and signal interference, and ensuring stable operation of the circuit.
5. Strong anti-interference and EMC compatibility
Optimized grounding and shielding design, integrated with EMC countermeasure components such as ferrite magnetic bead inductors, high temperature resistance, electromagnetic radiation resistance, and stable operation in strong interference environments around frequency converters and high-voltage equipment, in compliance with industrial grade EMC standards.
6. Wide temperature environment tolerance
It has excellent high and low temperature adaptability, with a working temperature range of 0 ℃~+55 ℃, capable of withstanding 288 ℃/10sec thermal shock, and a storage temperature of -40 ℃~+85 ℃, suitable for complex temperature changing conditions such as industrial sites and automotive electronics.
7. Flame retardant safety structure
The overall combustion level reaches 94V-0, with excellent flame retardant performance. It can quickly self extinguish in the presence of open flames, effectively blocking the spread of fire. At the same time, the ion cleanliness is less than 1.56 micrograms/cm ², avoiding residual impurities from affecting circuit performance.
