RLE152F003 is an industrial grade intelligent instrument that integrates dual monitoring and control functions of flow and pressure. It integrates high-precision sensing and digital processing technology and is designed for harsh scenarios such as chemical, energy, water treatment, and semiconductor industries. Its core features are as follows:

1. Dual parameter synchronous measurement and control

Simultaneously achieving real-time monitoring, display, and closed-loop control of flow and pressure parameters without the need for separate instrument configurations, simplifying system architecture, and improving control synergy and accuracy.

2. High precision sensing measurement

Equipped with imported high-precision sensing components, the flow measurement accuracy is better than ± 0.5% FS, and the pressure measurement resolution reaches 1Pa, ensuring the accuracy and stability of data acquisition under complex working conditions.

3. Wide range, flexible and adjustable

The flow and pressure control range can be continuously adjusted to adapt to different media (gas, liquid) and working conditions. The threshold can be quickly set through panel buttons without the need for additional tools.

4. Dual power supply mode redundancy

Supports dual mode power supply of AC220V AC and DC24V DC, with automatic switching function to ensure continuous operation of equipment in case of power fluctuations or failures, meeting high reliability requirements in critical situations.

5. Multiple alarms and control outputs

Built in multiple independent relay outputs, supporting flow/pressure upper and lower limits, over limit alarms, contact capacity 3A/250VAC, can directly drive alarms, solenoid valves or link PLC/DCS systems.

6. Strong anti-interference and stable operation

Adopting multiple protections such as photoelectric isolation, RC filtering, and watchdog reset, it has passed the IV level electromagnetic compatibility test and can still operate stably in strong interference environments such as frequency converters and high-voltage equipment.
