NACHI BUY222 is a specialized servo amplifier unit designed by NACHI-FUJIKOSHI for electro-hydraulic servo systems. It is mainly used to drive servo valves and achieve high-precision closed-loop control of hydraulic systems. It is commonly used in heavy industrial equipment such as robots, machine tools, injection molding machines, and presses. This model has been discontinued, but it is still widely used in existing equipment.

1、 Core positioning and functions

Electro hydraulic servo drive: receives ± 10V command signal, compares and amplifies it with feedback signal, outputs control current, drives servo valve torque motor, and accurately controls valve core opening.

Closed loop control core: Built in signal conditioning, PID operation, and limiting protection, forming a complete closed loop to ensure the position/speed/pressure accuracy of the hydraulic actuator.

Wide voltage power supply: supports AC 200-220V input and is compatible with industrial site power grids.
