PROTECH SYSTEMS PBI-6SA Printed Circuit Board (Vibration Protection Module)

PBI-6SA is a 6-channel vibration monitoring and protection PCB module designed by PROTECH SYSTEMS specifically for rotating machinery. Its core is used for vibration over limit warning and shutdown protection of key equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, pumps, and fans. It is an important safety monitoring unit in industrial DCS/PLC systems.

1、 Core positioning and functions

6-channel vibration input: can simultaneously monitor the vibration signals of 6 measuring points, covering multiple bearing/multi unit monitoring scenarios.

Real time monitoring+multi-level protection: Built in vibration amplitude/intensity calculation, supports alarm and danger two-level relay output, automatically triggers shutdown or interlocking when exceeding the limit.

Industrial grade protection: The front panel is NEMA 4X/IP66, dustproof, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant, suitable for harsh environments such as chemical plants, power plants, and metallurgy.

Wide voltage power supply: compatible with multiple specifications of DC/AC inputs, suitable for global industrial power grid environments.

Dual installation method: Supports panel embedded installation and DIN rail installation, flexibly integrated into the control cabinet.

Status visualization: onboard LED indicator lights, real-time display of channel status, alarm/danger, power and communication status.
