MVI46-AFC serial communication module

MVI46-AFC is a serial flow calculation and communication module designed by ProSoft specifically for Rockwell SLC series PLCs. It integrates high-precision flow calculation and Modbus serial communication, and is suitable for fluid measurement and remote control scenarios such as oil and gas, chemical, and energy. It enables rapid on-site data acquisition, standardized calculation, and remote transmission.

Dual independent RS-232/RS-485 serial ports, supporting Modbus RTU/ASCII protocol

Built in high-capacity Modbus database, supporting 130000 register mappings

Support virtual slave address remapping to achieve continuous address batch polling

Can receive PLC analog/pulse input data through the backplane, supporting 4-20mA format

Perform gas/liquid flow compliance calculations, output flow rate, cumulative measurement, quality, and other results

The calculation results are transmitted back to the PLC for ladder logic control or uploaded to the upper system

Supporting AFC Manager software to achieve instrument configuration, parameter monitoring, and data diagnosis

Industrial grade anti-interference design, wide temperature operation, suitable for outdoor and industrial site environments

Support Modbus gateway function to achieve transparent data exchange between PLC and external devices
