MVI56-103M Communication Module

MVI56-103M is an IEC 60870-5-103 power protocol communication module used by ProSoft for the Rockwell ControlLogix platform. It is mainly used for data communication of power system relay protection devices. The product has been discontinued and is mainly available in the market as disassembled, refurbished, and original stock spare parts.

Compatible with 1756 rack, single slot installation, directly communicating with PLC backplane.

Equipped with 2 independent isolated serial ports, supporting RS-232, RS-485, and RS-422.

Working in IEC 103 master station mode, actively collecting data from protective devices.

Specially designed for the power industry, compatible with various relay protection and measurement and control equipment.

Support remote signaling, telemetry, remote control, SOE event, and fault recording data transmission.

Support event grading upload to meet the real-time requirements of the power system.

The module comes with a built-in data cache, which enables efficient and stable interaction with PLC data.
