Product Details Introduction

The GE Mark VIe system specific core analog combination module, also known as Assembly Core Analog, provides high-precision analog signal acquisition, processing, and output for gas turbine/steam turbine control. It is the key I/O core of the Speedtronic control architecture.

Belonging to the GE Mark VIe/VIeS control system, it is the core analog processing unit, suitable for gas turbine, steam turbine, and compressor control scenarios.

Integrated with multiple types of analog signal interfaces, supporting thermocouple, 4-20 mA current, ± 5V/± 10V voltage, and seismic signal input.

Built in LVDT excitation and acquisition circuit, can be directly connected to linear variable differential transformer for displacement and position measurement.

Equipped with a pulse rate input channel, it can process speed and frequency pulse signals to meet the requirements of turbine speed monitoring.

Configure servo coil output for precise servo control of actuators, suitable for regulating turbine valves and actuators.

Relying on redundant IONet Ethernet to communicate with the higher-level controller, data transmission is stable, supporting dual network hot backup, and improving system availability.

It needs to be used in conjunction with the TCAS/TCAT core simulation terminal board to achieve signal physical access and channel level redundancy configuration.

Channel level high-precision acquisition, combined with software filtering and calibration, ensures measurement accuracy and consistency in harsh industrial environments.

Complete self diagnostic function, supporting channel short circuit, open circuit, and power abnormal detection, and fault information can be uploaded to the ControlST software.
