Introduction to GE Fanuc IC697PWR720 power adapter module

IC697PWR720 belongs to the power adaptation module (PSA) of the 90-70 series PLC system. It is not a programmable controller CPU, but a dedicated module used to introduce external DC power into the PLC rack and supply power to various functional modules through the backplane.

1、 Module positioning

Type: Power Supply Adapter

Installation position: Power slot on the leftmost side of the rack

Function: Connect external power supply and distribute voltage to the backplane

Not equipped with program operation or control functions

2、 Main electrical parameters

Input method: DC voltage provided by external industrial power supply

Output voltage (distributed through backplane):

+5VDC

+12VDC

-12VDC

+5V output current capability of approximately 18A

+12V output current is about 2A

-12V output current is about 1A
