Product Details Introduction
ST-10M1 is an industrial grade high-precision digital timer that uses a 10ms level precision timing core and integrates multi-mode timing and reliable output functions. It is designed for scenarios such as chemical, power, automation production lines, and building automation, and is suitable for multi loop timing control requirements. 1. 10ms high-precision timing
Using high-precision timing chips, the minimum timing accuracy reaches 10ms, and the timing range can be continuously adjusted from 0.01 seconds to 999 minutes with an error rate of ≤± 0.1%, meeting the requirements of high-precision timing control scenarios.
2. Multi mode timing function
Supports three core modes: power on delay (TON), power off delay (TOF), and pulse output (TP), which can be switched through panel buttons and adapted to diverse timing requirements such as single loop delay control and loop triggering.
3. Wide voltage adaptation power supply
Supports 85-264VAC wide range AC input, compatible with 50/60Hz power frequency, with a voltage fluctuation tolerance of ± 15%, and can adapt to most global power and industrial power standards without additional voltage regulation, ensuring stable operation.
4. Reliable contact output design
Configure 1 set of conversion type contacts, rated load 5A@250VAC The contacts are made of arc resistant and anti-oxidation materials, with an electrical life of ≥ 100000 times. They can directly drive industrial loads such as solenoid valves and contactors, and switch reliably without jamming.
5. Power off parameter memory function
Built in long-lasting EEPROM storage chip, timing parameters can be permanently saved after power failure, with data retention time of up to 10 years. After power restoration, it automatically restores the previous settings without the need for reconfiguration, improving operation and maintenance efficiency.
6. Industrial grade anti-interference performance
Adopting a dual design of electromagnetic shielding and RC filtering, it has the ability to resist static electricity and fast transient pulse trains, complies with the IEC61000-4 series anti-interference standards, and can work stably in strong interference environments such as around the frequency converter.
