RMP-121D is an industrial grade power relay from the DEIF brand, featuring dual protection of under excitation/over excitation. It is designed specifically for the protection of generator power circuits and is suitable for industrial power generation, ship distribution, emergency power supply, and other scenarios. Its core features are as follows:

1. Dual excitation protection function

Accurately monitor the excitation status of the generator, and have under excitation and over excitation protection functions, which can quickly cut off the fault circuit and avoid equipment damage due to abnormal excitation.

2. Wide voltage adaptive power supply

Supports AC220V/AC380V dual voltage adaptation, compatible with 50/60Hz power frequency, with a voltage fluctuation tolerance of ± 10%, suitable for industrial power grids and generator output fluctuations.

3. Adjustable precision parameters

The excitation protection threshold and action delay can be customized and adjusted as needed to adapt to generators of different power levels, meeting the diverse protection needs of various scenarios.

4. Strengthen electrical insulation performance

The insulation resistance between the shell and the live terminal is ≥ 10M Ω (tested with a 500V megohmmeter), and the terminal and shell can withstand a voltage test of 2KV/50Hz without any risk of breakdown or flashover.

5. Quick action response

Relay closing time ≤ 15ms, rapid fault response, can effectively shorten the duration of damage to the generator caused by excitation abnormalities, and ensure stable power supply.

6. Strong anti-interference ability

Built in EMC filtering circuit, compliant with industrial electromagnetic compatibility standards, can resist strong electromagnetic radiation and power pulse interference in power generation scenarios, ensuring accurate protection instructions.

7. Clear status display and alarm

Equipped with three color indicator lights for power supply, normal operation, and fault alarm, it intuitively displays the working status and outputs alarm contact signals for easy linkage with the alarm system.

8. Highly reliable contact performance

Configure 1 set of normally open/normally closed contacts, with a rated contact capacity of up to 10A@250VAC Resistant to arc and oxidation, with an electrical lifespan of ≥ 100000 cycles, suitable for frequent operating scenarios.
