LAV-250-PAA is a pneumatic controlled vacuum valve, positioned as a vacuum state control and safety protection component in industrial pipeline systems. -Dual mode operation design: supports pneumatic automatic control and manual emergency operation. In pneumatic mode, when the cylinder is filled with a specified pressure, the piston rises to drive the valve stem to open the valve. After releasing the cylinder gas, the piston, under the action of the spring, drives the valve stem and valve disc downward to achieve closure; Manual mode can directly open the valve by rotating the top handwheel, improving operational flexibility and emergency support capabilities;
-Emergency safety protection: Equipped with a fusible plug safety device, when the ambient temperature around the valve reaches 75 ℃± 5 ℃ (suitable for safety standards in low-temperature tank trucks, storage tanks, and other scenarios), the metal in the fusible plug melts, the cylinder pressure is naturally discharged, and the valve automatically closes, effectively preventing high temperature risks;
-Reliable sealing and adaptability: The sealing structure adopts a sealing element to press the valve seat tightly, which has excellent vacuum sealing performance and can effectively maintain the vacuum degree of the pipeline; It is speculated that the nominal diameter is suitable for the 250mm specification and can meet the vacuum control requirements of medium and large pipelines;
