Product Details Introduction

SICK SRM50-FPA0-K21 is an SRM50 series servo feedback encoder designed specifically for high dynamic performance servo motors, suitable for industries such as mechanical manufacturing and electronic photovoltaics.

This model uses HIPERFACE ®  Communication interface, sharing core communication protocol with SRM50-HPA0-K21 and SRS50-HPA0-K21, with strong compatibility.

The power supply voltage range is 7-12V DC, with a recommended 8V DC power supply and a power consumption of only 80mA, consistent with the electrical parameters of SRS50-HFA0-K21.

Excellent measurement accuracy, with a system precision of ± 52 "and an integral nonlinear Typ. ± 45", comparable to the high-precision performance of the same series SRM50-FFA0-S21.

Each sine/cosine cycle is 1024, and after 12 bit interpolation, the measurement step is 0.3 inches, which meets the requirements of precise position detection.

The mechanical structure adopts a semi hollow shaft design, with a weight of ≤ 0.2kg and a moment of inertia of 50gcm ². It is flexible to install and compatible with the size specifications of SRS50-HPA0-K21.

The working speed can reach 3000min ⁻¹ (reliable absolute position output), with a maximum tolerance of 6000min ⁻¹ speed, suitable for high-speed servo systems.

Protection level IP65, capable of stable operation in environments ranging from -40 ℃ to+85 ℃, resistant to impact of 100g and vibration of 20g, suitable for harsh industrial scenarios.

Supports a 128Byte available memory bank that can store critical operational parameters, with the same storage capacity as SRM50-HPA0-K21.

The connection type is a 10 pin radial male connector, which can be paired with specialized cable accessories such as DOS-MS10-G and DOL-MS10-G03MMA3.

Absolute encoding type, read position immediately upon power on, no need for zeroing operation, improves system startup efficiency, consistent with the function of SRS50-HFA0-K21.

MTTF has been in use for 235 years, with outstanding reliability and suitable for long-term continuous operation of industrial equipment.

Suitable for scenarios such as robot joint drive and CNC machine tools, it can be interchanged with other models of the SRS/SRM50 series to reduce replacement costs.

Electromagnetic compatibility complies with EN 610068 standard, reducing the impact of electromagnetic interference in industrial environments on measurements.

Parameter configuration can be done through the PGT-11-S LAN programming tool, which shares the configuration system with encoders of the same series and is easy to operate.
