Its core features include supporting IP/MAC address binding and access control list (ACL), accurately controlling device access permissions; Integrate firewall and VPN encryption functions to resist illegal access and data leakage; Compatible with multiple protocol communication, supports Web/CLI/SNMP management, easy operation and stable running.

3、 Working principle

Based on ACL packet filtering technology and VPN encryption mechanism, data packets entering and leaving the network are filtered by pre-set IP/MAC binding rules and access policies, allowing legitimate traffic to pass through and blocking illegal access. At the same time, relying on dual port isolation design to achieve network separation, encrypted transmission of sensitive data, and remote monitoring with SNMP protocol to ensure industrial network access security and communication stability.

-Installation: Fix firmly to avoid vibration, follow standard port wiring, separate communication and power lines, and ensure proper grounding protection.

-Debugging: Configure IP addresses, ACL rules, and VPN parameters through the web or CLI to test the effectiveness of access control and the stability of data encryption transmission.

5、 Safety maintenance and troubleshooting

-Security: Power off and anti-static measures must be taken during operation. When configuring VPN keys and ACL rules, proper permission control should be implemented to avoid sensitive configuration leaks.

-Maintenance: Regularly inspect the port connection status and module temperature rise, review access rules and encryption parameters, and backup configuration data through C-PLUG.

-Fault: Check ACL rules and IP binding for abnormal access, check port links and VPN tunnels for communication interruption, and troubleshoot C-PLUG storage status for error messages.
