ENDRESS+HAISER CPM253-PR0010 is the core pH/ORP transmitter of the German E+H Liquisys M series, designed specifically for industrial water quality analysis scenarios.

The measurement range covers pH 0-14 and ORP ± 1500mV, compatible with glass electrodes and ISFET electrodes, and suitable for multi-dimensional water quality detection needs.

Support temperature measurement of medium at -50~150 ℃, ambient working temperature at -10~55 ℃, and withstand wide temperature industrial scenarios.

Output 1 channel of 0/4-20mA standard signal, which can be directly connected to control systems such as PLC and DCS, with stable data transmission.

Equipped with 2 sets of relay contacts, supporting limit control, P (ID) adjustment, or timer function to meet automatic control requirements.

Compatible with 230VAC 50/60Hz power supply (power consumption 7.5VA), compatible with mainstream industrial power supply architectures, and does not require additional power supply modifications for installation.

Equipped with Memosens digital interface, it supports sensor hot plugging and pre calibration data import, making replacement and maintenance convenient.

The protection level reaches IP65, with excellent dust and waterproof performance, suitable for harsh on-site environments such as chemical and sewage with high humidity and dust.

Built in continuous process monitoring and sensor self checking function, supporting calibration authenticity verification, improving the reliability of measurement data.

ENDRESS+HAUSER CPM253-PR0010 is compatible with industrial buses such as HART, PROFIBUS DP/PA, making it easy for system integration and remote monitoring.

Equipped with overvoltage (lightning) protection function, in compliance with EN61000-4-5 standard, to enhance equipment safety in extreme environments.

Supports three installation methods: wall mounted, pipeline mounted, and climate protection cover. Pipeline installation requires specialized accessories to adapt to different site layouts.

The body weight is about 1.75kg (basic model), the structure is compact, the wiring terminals are clearly defined, and the installation and debugging operation is simple.

It can trigger the automatic cleaning function of Chemoclean, which can be activated by alarm or limit signal to reduce the workload of sensor maintenance.
