Product Details Introduction

SICK MICS3-AAAZ40AZ is the core safety laser scanner of the SICK microscan3 series in Germany, designed specifically for the safety protection of personnel and equipment in industrial settings.

Compliant with Type 3 safety level and SIL2 safety integrity level, certified by EN ISO 13849-1 PL d, with high redundancy in safety protection.

The scanning angle reaches 275 °, with a wide coverage range, which can reduce the cost of splicing multiple devices and adapt to the protection needs of large areas.

The maximum distance of the protective zone is 4m, and the maximum distance of the alert zone can reach 40m. The dual zone design achieves graded safety warning.

Equipped with 845nm wavelength pulse laser diode, the laser safety level is 1M, which is harmless to the human eye and suitable for densely populated industrial scenes.

Support 8 sets of configurable protection fields, customizable protection area shapes and ranges through software, suitable for complex device layouts.

Suitable for a wide voltage supply of 16.8-30VDC (rated 24VDC), with reasonable power consumption control and compatibility with mainstream industrial power supply architectures.

Using M12 8-pin A code plug connection, the wiring is standardized and convenient, supporting fast linkage between local I/O interfaces and external devices.

The protection level reaches IP65, and the aluminum alloy shell is matched with a polycarbonate optical cover, which is dustproof and waterproof, and can withstand the complex environment of industrial sites.

The response time is as low as 70ms, which can quickly capture intrusion targets, output safety control signals in a timely manner, and avoid safety accidents.

Compatible with Safety Designer configuration diagnostic software, supports remote debugging of parameters and troubleshooting on PC, and is easy to operate.
