Product Details Introduction

1、 High precision control, precise positioning

Adopting a 17 bit absolute value encoder (supporting higher precision optional), the positioning accuracy is within ± 1 arc minute, and the repeated positioning error is less than ± 0.001mm, suitable for high-precision demand scenarios such as precision machining and automated assembly. Support full closed-loop control, real-time feedback of operating status, dynamic correction of deviations, cancellation of load fluctuations and mechanical clearance effects, ensuring trajectory consistency.

2、 Powerful and responsive

The rated torque covers the medium to high power range, and the peak torque can reach more than 3 times the rated value. It has excellent acceleration performance and can quickly respond to instantaneous load changes. The rotor adopts high magnetic density rare earth permanent magnet materials, optimized electromagnetic design, efficiency exceeding 90%, high power density, stronger power and lower energy consumption under the same installation space. High dynamic response bandwidth, no significant delay in starting and braking, suitable for high-speed start stop and frequent reversing conditions (such as machine tool spindle and robotic arm drive).

3、 Stable and reliable, with excellent protection

The protection level reaches IP65, and the sealed design can resist dust, oil stains, and slight water vapor, adapting to complex environments in industrial workshops with low maintenance frequency. The stator winding is made of high-temperature resistant insulation material, with a working temperature range of -10 ℃~60 ℃. The aluminum shell and heat dissipation ribs are optimized for heat dissipation, and there is no risk of overheating during long-term operation at full load. The design life is ≥ 10000 hours. Built in multiple protections such as overcurrent, overvoltage, overload, and overheating, automatically shutting down in case of abnormalities to enhance system safety.

4、 Wide adaptability and convenient debugging

Supports three control modes: position, speed, and torque. It can be connected to PLC and motion controller through pulse commands, analog signals, or bus communication (Modbus/EtherCAT) to adapt to different automation architectures. Standardized installation dimensions, supporting various fixing methods such as flanges and shaft extensions, can directly replace motors of the same type, and the cost of renovation and upgrading is low. Equipped with parameter self-tuning function, it automatically matches the load upon startup, eliminating the need for complex debugging; Some models support offline configuration for easy batch deployment.
