Triple Redundancy Control Architecture: The main processor module of the TRICONEX 3008 adopts the brand's iconic Triple Modular Redundancy (TMR) design, integrating three independent CPU cores for synchronous computation and cross checking of data. It can automatically shield single point faults, ensuring that control instructions for safety critical scenarios such as petrochemicals and nuclear power are error free and comply with the IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety standard.
High performance computing processing: Equipped with an industrial grade high-speed processor, the instruction execution speed reaches 100 MIPS, and can simultaneously process 1000+I/O signals and 200+control logic circuits. It supports complex ladder diagram and functional block diagram (FBD) programming, and is suitable for the multi device collaborative control requirements of large production lines.
Wide range system compatibility: Seamless compatibility with TRICONEX 3000 series digital I/O modules, analog modules, and communication modules, supporting module plug and play through backplane bus, without the need for additional compatibility plugins, allowing for quick construction of a complete safety control system.
Multiple security protection mechanisms: built-in program verification, memory self-test, clock synchronization monitoring functions. When program abnormalities, memory errors, or clock deviations are detected, redundant switching can be immediately triggered to ensure uninterrupted system operation; Simultaneously supporting emergency stop (ESD) signal priority processing, with a response time of less than 10ms
