High safety redundant output architecture: The TRICONEX 3664 digital output module continues the brand's core triple modular redundancy (TMR) design. Each output signal is generated and verified through an independent hardware circuit, which can automatically shield single point faults and ensure accurate and reliable output instructions for safety critical scenarios such as petrochemicals and nuclear power.
High density output channel configuration: The module integrates 48 digital output channels, with a maximum driving current of 2A per channel. It can directly drive industrial actuators such as relays, solenoid valves, and indicator lights without the need for additional power amplification modules, greatly improving the control efficiency of a single module.
Wide voltage compatible output: supports 24V DC/48V DC/110V AC multi specification output voltage, adapts to the power requirements of different industrial equipment, and can flexibly switch voltage modes through module parameter software to avoid equipment compatibility problems caused by voltage mismatch.
Fault safety output guarantee: Complies with the IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety standard and has passed T Ü V certification.
