High reliability signal processing: The TRICONEX 3625 digital I/O module adopts a triple modular redundancy (TMR) architecture, where each I/O signal is collected and verified through an independent channel, effectively avoiding data bias caused by single point failures and adapting to safety scenarios such as petrochemicals and nuclear power that require extremely high signal reliability.
Rich I/O channel configuration: The module integrates 32 digital inputs and 32 digital output channels. The input supports dry contacts and PNP/NPN level signals, and the output can drive actuators such as relays and solenoid valves. A single module can meet the signal acquisition and control needs of small and medium-sized devices.
Safety level compliant design: Compliant with IEC 61508 SIL 3 safety standard, certified by T Ü V Rheinland, with fail safe output function. When the module detects its own fault, it can automatically switch the output to the preset safety state to prevent dangerous working conditions from occurring.
Fast signal response capability: The digital input signal response time is as low as 1ms, and the output signal switching delay is less than 2ms. It can quickly capture device status changes and execute control instructions, and is suitable for scenarios such as high-speed production lines and emergency stop systems that require strict response speed.
Wide voltage adaptation range: The input voltage supports 24V DC (± 10%), and the output voltage is compatible with 24V DC/110V AC. It can adapt to different power specifications of industrial equipment without the need for additional voltage conversion modules, reducing system integration costs.
Convenient online maintenance: Supports hot swapping function, allowing module replacement or maintenance to be completed without shutting down the system. At the same time, the module comes with channel status indicator lights, which can intuitively determine the working status of each I/O and shorten the troubleshooting time.
Excellent anti-interference performance: using optoelectronic isolation technology, the isolation voltage between the input and output channels and the backplane bus reaches 2500V AC, effectively suppressing electromagnetic interference (EMI) and radio frequency interference (RFI) in industrial sites, ensuring stable signal transmission.
Flexible system integration: compatible with safety control systems such as the TRICONEX Tricon and Trio series, high-speed data exchange is achieved with the controller through the TRICONEX dedicated communication bus, and third-party SCADA system access is supported for centralized monitoring and management.
Durable industrial grade structure: The shell is made of corrosion-resistant metal material, with a working temperature range of -40 ℃ to+70 ℃, suitable for harsh industrial environments such as high and low temperatures and high humidity. The circuit board is treated with a conformal coating to resist the erosion of dust and moisture on the components.
Comprehensive diagnosis and alarm: Built in channel level fault diagnosis function, which can monitor abnormal situations such as open circuit, short circuit, and overcurrent in real time. The system software outputs fault alarm information and records fault logs, providing data support for equipment preventive maintenance.
