1、 Equipment adaptation and integration design
Exclusive adaptation for heavy-duty equipment servo valves: The MOOG 0062-191C servo amplifier is designed specifically for the servo valves of heavy-duty engineering equipment such as the Plasser paving machine. It can accurately match the driving requirements of MOOG's series of electro-hydraulic servo valves. Through optimized current output characteristics, it achieves efficient collaborative control between the valve group and the amplifier, ensuring stable adjustment of key parameters such as paving thickness and speed of the paving machine.
Compact modular structure: Adopting industrial grade compact design, the body size is suitable for the narrow electrical control cabinet space of heavy equipment. The modular circuit layout is easy to install and replace quickly, and with standardized wiring terminals, it can reduce on-site wiring complexity and shorten equipment maintenance cycles.
Wide voltage input compatibility: Supports wide range AC or DC power input (presumably compatible with 24V-220V common industrial power supplies), with voltage fluctuation compensation function, able to maintain stable output even in unstable voltage environments on construction sites, suitable for outdoor engineering equipment power supply scenarios.
2、 Control performance and accuracy guarantee
High precision current drive output: It can output high-precision adjustable current signals (typical range ± 100mA - ± 5A), with current control accuracy better than 0.1%. It can provide stable driving force for the force motor of the servo valve, and with the closed-loop feedback of the servo valve, achieve fine adjustment of flow and pressure.
Fast dynamic response characteristics: Adopting advanced PWM (pulse width modulation) driving technology, the response bandwidth can reach over 500Hz, the step response time is ≤ 5ms, and it can quickly capture the command signal changes of PLC or controller, effectively suppress the dynamic lag of servo valves, and ensure the real-time control requirements of paving machines and other equipment.
Double closed-loop control architecture: Built in current loop and speed loop dual closed-loop control. The current loop achieves precise and stable driving current, while the speed loop receives external position/speed feedback signals to form a complete control loop. Combined with the valve core position feedback of the servo valve, it further improves the system control accuracy.
