As a cavity interface board, it integrates multiple types of interfaces to adapt to semiconductor device reaction cavity components, supports centralized conversion of analog signals (4-20mA), digital I/O signals, and power signals, and is compatible with external connections such as thermocouples and pressure sensors.
Adopting PCB board mounted terminal and pin design, the interface spacing meets industrial standards, and can directly interface with AMAT equipment modules such as 0100-09008 pneumatic control board and 0120-00794 process sensor motherboard without the need for additional adapters.
2. Signal Transmission and Linkage (AMAT 0100-09099)
Equipped with signal shaping and relay functions, it can optimize the signal quality after long-distance transmission, reduce attenuation, support Modbus protocol signal relay, and assist in real-time interaction between reaction chamber data and 0190-24007 single board computer.
Undertake the role of a "signal bridge" between the cavity and the equipment control system, achieve bidirectional transmission of process parameter acquisition and control command issuance, and adapt to the closed-loop control requirements of cavity processes such as etching and deposition.
3. Environment and Protection (AMAT 0100-09099)
The working temperature covers -20~+70 ℃, with a humidity tolerance of 5% -95% (no condensation). The surface has been treated with anti-static spraying, which meets the dust control requirements of Class 100 cleanroom and is suitable for harsh environments around the reaction chamber.
Adopting a PCB board layered shielding design, the anti electromagnetic interference meets the EN 55022 Class B standard, avoiding signal distortion caused by RF equipment interference, and the protection level reaches IP20.
