Product Details Introduction

1. I/O interface and signal processing (AMAT 0100-01321)

As a digital I/O board, it integrates multiple digital input/output channels (estimated to be 16-32 channels), supports 24V DC standard signals, input response time ≤ 1ms, output drive capability up to 500mA/channel, and is compatible with solenoid valves, indicator lights, and photoelectric sensor signal access.

Equipped with signal filtering and optoelectronic isolation functions (isolation voltage ≥ 2500V DC), it can suppress electromagnetic interference in the workshop, avoid signal crosstalk, and ensure the stability of digital signal transmission.

2. System adaptation and linkage (AMAT 0100-01321)

Adopting a PCB board mounted interface design, it can directly interface with 0100-09099 interconnect components and 0190-24007 single board computers, achieving centralized transfer and interaction of device signals.

Supports Modbus communication protocol, can upload digital I/O status in real-time to the main control system, and receive control commands to drive output, compatible with ENDURA ®  The process control link of semiconductor equipment such as vapor deposition equipment.

3. Environment and Protection (AMAT 0100-01321)

The working temperature is suitable for 0-60 ℃ (refer to the parameters of the same series of modules), the humidity tolerance is 5% -90% (no condensation), the surface has been treated with anti-static, and meets the requirements of Class 100 cleanroom operation.

Adopting a PCB layered shielding structure, the anti electromagnetic interference meets the EN 55022 Class B standard, with a protection level of IP20, and is suitable for dust and electromagnetic complex environments around the reaction chamber.
