High precision pulse acquisition: designed specifically for pulse signals, supporting 0-10kHz pulse input, with an acquisition accuracy of ± 1 pulse. It can accurately capture pulse signals from encoders, flow meters, and other devices, and is suitable for speed and flow measurement scenarios.
Multi channel independent monitoring: Integrated with 8 independent pulse input channels, each channel can set its own acquisition parameters without interference, and can simultaneously monitor data from multiple pulse sources to meet the synchronous measurement needs of multiple devices.
Triple redundancy ensures reliability: using the TRICONEX TMR architecture, three independent channels synchronously collect and verify pulse data, and a single channel failure does not affect the accuracy of the results. It meets SIL 3 safety standards and can be used in high-risk scenarios.
Fast pulse response: The pulse signal response time is as low as 10 μ s, which can quickly capture high-frequency pulse changes and respond 30% faster than ordinary modules. It is suitable for high-speed equipment monitoring scenarios with high requirements for pulse timeliness.
Strong anti-interference ability: The signal channel has 1500V DC isolation protection, which can resist electromagnetic radiation and power grid fluctuations. In workshops with dense frequency converters and many motors, the pulse signal misreading rate is less than 0.01%.
Comprehensive fault protection: Equipped with overvoltage and overcurrent protection, it automatically cuts off the signal when the input pulse is abnormal or the voltage exceeds the standard, avoiding module damage and reducing maintenance costs without the need for additional protective components.
