1、 Port configuration and expansion capability

PoE+and high-speed port combination: Extreme Networks 5320-16P-4XE is equipped with 16 10/100/1000Base-T PoE+ports, compatible with IEEE 802.3at standard. With a total power of 370W, it can efficiently power IP phones, high-definition cameras, wireless APs and other terminals. It also has 4 40G Base-X QSFP+ports to support high-speed uplink and core network interconnection, meeting the needs of high bandwidth transmission.

Advantages of 40GE high-speed expansion: 4 QSFP+ports support a 40Gbps rate, which increases the bandwidth by 4 times compared to 10GE ports. It can be flexibly matched with 40GE optical modules or split into 4 10GE ports through distribution modules, adapting to scenarios such as data center server cluster interconnection and large park core links, achieving flexible bandwidth expansion.

The hybrid access architecture of "electricity+light": 16 Gigabit PoE+electrical ports meet the high-density access requirements of terminal devices, and 4 40GE optical ports are responsible for high-speed uplink and cross regional interconnection. The integrated design of "access+core" reduces device hierarchy, simplifies network topology, and lowers deployment and maintenance costs.

Ultra high switching and forwarding performance: The 5320-16P-4XE achieves full port line speed processing with a switching capacity of 1.28 Tbps and a forwarding rate of 960 Mpps. Based on a non blocking architecture design, the 64 byte frame forwarding delay is as low as microseconds, ensuring low latency and seamless transmission for high-definition video conferencing, big data backup, cloud computing and other businesses.

PoE+Intelligent Power Management: The 370W ultra large PoE power supply supports dynamic power allocation and can automatically adjust the power output according to the actual power consumption of terminal devices, avoiding power waste. It also has overload protection and port power-off restart functions, ensuring stable operation of PoE devices and adapting to multi terminal dense power supply scenarios.

Gigaframe and IPv6 dual stack support: Supports up to 9.2KB jumbo frames, reduces fragmentation overhead during big data transmission, and improves storage access and file transfer efficiency; Fully supports IPv4/IPv6 dual stack forwarding, including static routing, OSPFv2/v3, BGP and other dynamic routing protocols, to meet the requirements of next-generation network IPv6 upgrade.
