Process compatibility: Focusing on the strong electromagnetic environment of semiconductor clean workshops, adapting to scenarios such as vacuum chamber pressure monitoring and reaction gas flow signal processing, supporting seamless integration with AMAT equipment PLC systems.

Core function: Implement electrical isolation and linear amplification of analog signals (such as 0-5V, 4-20mA), block high and low voltage circuit interference, and ensure the accuracy of process parameter acquisition and transmission.
