1、 Core display and monitoring performance
High definition real-time status display: Equipped with a small-sized high-definition LCD screen (estimated to be 4.3-7 inches), with a resolution of 800 × 480, it can intuitively display the temperature, humidity, power supply voltage, and key module operation status inside the chassis. The data refresh rate is ≥ 1 time/second, and abnormal parameters are highlighted in red for real-time reminders.
Multi parameter synchronous monitoring: supports simultaneous monitoring of 8-12 key data channels, covering the internal environment of the chassis (-20~+85 ℃ temperature, 5% -95% humidity) and equipment operating parameters (such as power output voltage, module communication status), with a monitoring accuracy of ± 1%, ensuring stable operation of the chassis.
2、 Data interaction and alarm function
Seamless system integration: Equipped with RS485/Modbus communication interface, it can be linked with AMAT equipment main control unit (such as 0190-24007 single board computer) to upload monitoring data in real time and support remote retrieval of historical records (up to 30 days of data storage).
Multi level alarm mechanism: When the parameter exceeds the threshold (such as temperature ≥ 70 ℃), an audible and visual alarm is immediately triggered, and an alarm signal is sent to the MES system through the communication interface. It supports custom alarm thresholds and response methods to reduce the risk of faults.
3、 Structural and environmental adaptation
Compact Embedded Design: Compact in size (estimated size ≤ 150 × 100 × 30mm), supports embedded installation of chassis panels, does not occupy too much internal space, adapts to compact chassis layout of semiconductor devices, with a protection level of IP20 and dust and moisture resistance.
