Specially designed for power supply of semiconductor equipment clusters, it integrates multiple independent output circuits (presumably supporting 8-16 single-phase/three-phase circuits), with input voltage adapted to industrial common 380V three-phase AC or 220V single-phase AC, and each output can accurately allocate 10A-63A rated current, covering equipment components with different power requirements such as single board computers, analog input modules, pneumatic control boards, etc. Adopting high-precision electromagnetic circuit breakers with breaking capacity of up to 10kA@400V It can quickly cut off overload or short-circuit currents, ensuring precise and controllable distribution links.

Intelligent monitoring and remote control functions

Equipped with industrial grade power monitoring modules and microcontrollers, it can collect real-time voltage, current, power factor, and energy consumption data for each circuit, with a measurement accuracy of ± 0.5% FS. It is equipped with one EtherNet/IP and one RS485 communication interface, supports Modbus TCP protocol, and can seamlessly integrate with 0190-24007 single board computers and factory energy management systems, achieving remote closing/opening control and energy consumption data upload, providing support for refined energy management in semiconductor factories.
