Product Details Introduction

ACC-24E2A is a high-performance servo interface module designed by Delta Tau (now under Omron) for its UMAC control system, suitable for multi axis motion control applications. It outputs control commands to the servo drive through simulation (± 10V) and supports high-resolution encoder feedback input.

2、 Function and Performance

Control Axis Count: Comes standard with 2 axes, optional extension to 4 axes (via submodule)

Control method:

Simulated speed control (± 10V)

Simulated torque control (± 10V)

Supports PWM or pulse direction control mode (optional)

Encoder input:

Each axis supports 3-channel differential encoder input (ABZ)

Supports single ended TTL or differential signals (configurable)

Can be used for incremental encoders and partial grating encoders

I/O interface:

Each axis has 8 universal inputs (digital quantity)

Each axis has 2 universal outputs

Signal processing:

High speed sampling and processing capability

Independent servo loop control, supporting feedforward and PID regulation
