High density digital output: The TRICONEX 3664 digital output module integrates 48 independent output channels, each with a maximum driving current of 2A, which can directly drive actuators such as relays and solenoid valves. Wide voltage compatible output: The TRICONEX 3664 supports multi specification output voltages of 24V DC/48V DC/110V AC, and can flexibly switch modes through parameter software without the need for additional voltage conversion modules, adapting to the power requirements of different industrial equipment.
Triple redundancy ensures safety: The TRICONEX 3664 adopts the brand TMR architecture, with three independent output circuits synchronously generating and verifying signals. When a single circuit fails, it automatically switches to a backup circuit, complying with the IEC 61508 SIL 3 standard, and outputting instructions in high-risk scenarios without interruption.
Fast output response: The output signal switching delay of the TRICONEX 3664 is less than 1.5ms, which can quickly respond to control instructions issued by the controller and adapt to high-speed production lines with high timeliness requirements such as emergency stop control and rapid valve switching.
Fault safety protection: When TRICONEX 3664 detects its own hardware failure or communication interruption, it can automatically switch the output to a preset safety state (such as power-off disconnection), prevent equipment misoperation under dangerous working conditions, and reduce safety risks.
Excellent anti-interference performance: The input and output circuits of the TRICONEX 3664 are isolated from the backplane bus using 2500V AC photoelectric isolation, and it also has surge suppression function, which can resist EMI/RFI interference in industrial sites, and the output signal is stable without fluctuations.
Support online maintenance: The TRICONEX 3664 can be equipped with hot swappable technology, allowing for module replacement or maintenance without shutting down the system. Channel level fault diagnosis: The TRICONEX 3664 has built-in overcurrent, short circuit, and open circuit diagnostic functions.
