 Introduction

Kawasaki TS220-D511S controller component, specifically designed to support the TS220 series clean wafer handling robotic arm, responsible for the entire robotic arm motion logic and servo scheduling.

1. Integrated multi axis servo scheduling, synchronously controlling the rotation, lifting, and telescopic axes to ensure smooth wafer loading and unloading trajectories;

2. Equipped with a dedicated motion algorithm for clean robots, it can automatically optimize acceleration and deceleration curves to reduce the risk of silicon wafer vibration and debris;

3. Complete safety interlock logic, connect machine door interlock and emergency stop signals, and quickly lock the mechanical arm in abnormal states;

4. Equipped with exclusive KRET control software, the point program can be quickly edited and backed up, making it convenient for production line debugging and maintenance;

5. Compatible with SEMI communication protocol, real-time interaction with EFEM controller through network port, reporting robot status and alarm information.
