Kensington 0190-23563W servo controller
Introduction
Kensington 0190-23563W, also known as M4000 servo positioning controller, is suitable for semiconductor machine applications and controls the multi axis motion positioning of wafer manipulators.
1. Multi axis synchronous control, capable of managing multiple motion axes simultaneously, ensuring synchronous timing of wafer picking and placing by the robotic arm;
2. High precision grating signal closed-loop, real-time correction of position errors, reducing the risk of transporting debris;
3. Comes with motion trajectory planning, customizable acceleration and deceleration curves for smooth start stop;
4. Built in safety limit logic, immediately stops moving when encountering boundaries or abnormal loads, protecting the wafer and mechanism;
5. Board type integrated design, directly installed in the equipment control cabinet, supporting direct reading and writing of parameters by machine software.
