BOBST 701-1264F Relay Board

701-1264F is a power output relay board that is compatible with the Bobst 701 series. It undertakes the main control weak current signal, drives the electromagnetic valves and pneumatic components of various workstations of the whole machine, and is mostly used for S2000/S920 die-cutting and box pasting models.

1. Onboard multi-channel original industrial relay, with separate channel wiring terminals connected to 24V pneumatic load

2. 701-1264F is equipped with an optocoupler isolation circuit to isolate the weak current of the main control and the strong current circuit of the load

3. The board surface is coated with three anti solder mask coatings, which are resistant to workshop ink, dust, and moisture corrosion

4. Gold plated finger slot, rack insertion and installation, less prone to contact virtual connection in vibration environment

5. Single parallel freewheeling protection diode, absorbing reverse high-voltage surge caused by relay power failure

6. Layout of strong and weak current zoning wiring to avoid electromagnetic interference induced misoperation faults

7. Durable relay components from the original factory, suitable for workshop wide temperature conditions ranging from -20 ℃ to 70 ℃

8. Each channel is equipped with a status indicator light to visually view the relay's on/off status

9. Standard 701 card size, the entire machine rack can be directly inserted and replaced without changing the wiring

10. Each relay has an independent circuit, and a single load short circuit does not cause the entire board to fail

11. Onboard voltage stabilizing filter circuit to suppress driving anomalies caused by power grid fluctuations

15. BOBST 701-1264F is compatible with Bosch S2000 and S920 fully automatic die-cutting and box pasting equipment
