BOBST 704-1123-04 PQ4882 is a specialized measurement and control board for the feeding of wire spools in Bost paste boxes/die-cutting machines, which controls the feeding and unloading of the wire spools, tension speed regulation, and encoder signal acquisition.

1. BOBST 704-1123-04 is equipped with PQ4882 dedicated processing chip, which calculates real-time parameters of spool tension and paper feed speed

2. Multi channel encoder signal input terminal, collects spool speed pulses, accurately controls the start and stop of material roll retraction

3. Onboard DA analog output port, connected to the drive module to adjust the output torque of the spool motor

4. Strong and weak electrical zoning wiring, installation of isolation optocouplers, isolation of workshop electromagnetic interference to avoid signal drift

5. The entire PCB is coated with three proof paint, which is resistant to oil, toner, dust, and moisture, and is suitable for harsh working conditions in packaging workshops
