MSR6R/T safety relay

MSR6R/T (Allen Bradley Guardmaster Minotaur series, model 440R-C23017/18/19) is an industrial grade single function safety monitoring relay used for emergency stop, safety door interlock and other safety circuits, meeting EN ISO 13849-1 Cat.3 and Stop 0 safety levels.

Input configuration: The internal switch can choose 1 NC single channel (low-risk) or 2 NC dual channels (high-risk), and if the difference between the two channels is greater than 0.5s, the output will be locked

3、 Key points of wiring (typical)

Power supply: A1/A2 connected to corresponding voltage (24V/110V/230V)

Safety input: S13- S14, S23- S24 emergency stop/safety door NC contact (dual channel)

Reset: Connect S34-S12 to the normally open reset button (manual mode)

Safe output: 13-14, 23-24, 33-34 (3 sets of NO) connected to the safety circuit

Auxiliary output: 43-44 (NC) connected to PLC status monitoring
